You know companies with teams in the field. We have the software they need.
Locatick is field service management software for scheduling jobs, running mobile technicians and closing reports on site. Over 300 companies and 6,500 technicians work in it. We are looking for people who want to refer it - or build their own business around it in their market.

Two sides of the same conversation
You earn from contacts you already have. Your client stops losing evenings to paperwork.
What you get
Income from contacts you already have. No employment, no targets. We run the sales conversation and the implementation.
- Paid for every demo that actually takes place, whether or not the company signs
- Commission on the subscription, paid monthly for as long as the client keeps paying
- Client-facing materials, your own referral link and a named contact on our side
What your client gets
No more retyping reports after hours. They know where every technician is and what was done. The job is invoiced the moment the customer signs.
- Report, photos and signature are created on site, not in the office at night
- The whole crew's day in one live view
- An invoice as soon as the job is closed, not two weeks later
See the system in one minute
That is enough to know exactly what you would be recommending. Below the video, the four facts everyone asks about.
Automation and AI have nothing to work with while field data is still written on paper.
Service companies are starting to ask their advisors about automation. If you are the one who tells your contact where they actually have to start, you stop recommending a tool and start explaining where their industry is heading.
The second reason is financial. A one-off bonus is a tip. Commission on a subscription, paid monthly for years, keeps working while you are busy with something else. And we are opening our first markets outside Poland right now, so rates, scope and territory are still open.
Three levels - you pick yours
Start where it suits you. Moving up is your decision, never a condition.
Referral
For people with a handful of good contactsYou give us the company and the decision maker. We make contact, book the meeting and run it ourselves.
You are paid for every demo that actually takes place, whether or not the company signs.
Commission partner
For firms and experts working with this industry regularlyYou refer on an ongoing basis - as a consultant, trainer, distributor, integrator or agency in this market. You get materials, your own link and a named contact on our side.
Commission on every signed contract and paid subscription, for as long as the client keeps paying.
Market partner
For people who want to build a business of their ownYou take on part or all of the work in your market: conversations, implementation, configuration and first-line support in the local language. We provide the product, the training and the technical backbone.
Model, scope and territory are agreed individually, based on how much you take on.
That is the funnel in our own numbers from the Polish market. On the referral level you are paid at stage two; on the commission level stage three is what counts - but it pays every month. Rates are agreed on a call, because they depend on the market and on how much of the work you take on.
From the first call to getting paid
Four steps. Most of the work sits on our side.
- 1A 20-minute callWe agree the level and the terms, and you get the client-facing materials and your referral link. Nothing is signed at this stage.
- 2You introduce a companyFour things: company name, the decision maker, how to reach them, and one sentence on what is causing them pain. We verify within 24-48 hours.
- 3We run the conversationWe book the meeting and present the system. You get the status from us - no need to chase.
- 4We settle upFor a demo, once it has taken place. For a contract, once the client has paid their first invoice.
What your client will see
Two screens: the dispatcher in the office and the technician's app in the field.
Report, photos and signature are created on site. The invoice does not wait two weeks.
- HVAC and refrigeration
- Heat pumps
- Solar PV
- Plumbing and electrical
- Fire safety
- Machinery service
- Facility management
Client profile: companies with field teams, 5 to 200 employees, with recurring inspections or service contracts. Not for manufacturing, logistics or one-person businesses with no team.
Data first, automation second
This is the argument your contact makes to themselves: no automation starts while the report is still written on paper.
Open API
Every job, report and event available through the API. Field data lands where the client already works.
Ready-made integrations
ERP, CRM, Google Workspace, n8n, Make. No connectors written from scratch.
No-code scenarios
A new job from a web form, an alert to the team, an invoice the moment the customer signs - in n8n or Make.
Data ready for AI
Structured reports, working hours and equipment history. That is the material an AI analysis can actually use - including our own report-audit module, which we are building now.
For a partner who handles implementations and automation, this is a separate stream of work on the client's side - and a separate income.
What Locatick changes, in numbers
From single crews to teams maintaining hundreds of assets.
“The number of jobs we complete has doubled, and digital documentation lets us plan faster and more accurately.
Przemysław Maciejewski, CEO, Acti Group
“A customer calls and within seconds we know when we were there, what we did and what the contract covers.
Michał Żwirek, Owner, AquaGO Polska
All companies listed are clients in Poland, our home market.
Who looks after the client after they sign
The question that always comes up, answered up front.
Implementation and configuration are handled by our team, remotely, on agreed dates.
The software runs in the client's language; documentation and training are available in English.
You do not run demos, negotiate pricing or answer technical questions.
At the market partner level you can take over first-line support yourself - we train your people for it.
We work in Central European Time, so we share a working day with the rest of Europe.
Questions that come up most often
If something is missing here, write to me - I reply the same day.
How much of my time does this take?
An introduction takes a few minutes. From there we work and keep you updated.
What if the company I introduce is already in your pipeline?
We will tell you within 24-48 hours. If your recommendation opened the door to a decision maker we could not reach before, the introduction counts.
My reputation is on the line. How do you approach my contact?
We mention your name only if you agree to it. We call once, book a time, and do not run aggressive follow-ups. If they say no, we stop.
Do I have to sign an exclusivity agreement?
No. At the referral and commission levels there is no exclusivity and no volume commitment. At the market partner level, scope and territory are agreed individually.
When do I get paid?
For a completed demo, within a few working days. For a signed contract, once the client has paid their first invoice. Companies are paid against an invoice, individuals under an agreement.
You compete with local vendors. What is different about you?
We are smaller and faster. Implementation is measured in days rather than months, and product decisions are made by us rather than by a head office abroad. For a comparable feature set we are usually cheaper than the large European vendors.
Give me 20 minutes and let's see whether this makes sense
No pitch, no commitment. You tell me about your market and your contacts, I will tell you how the programme works and what can realistically be earned.
